This is why I love New York.

I walk by this building nearly every day, it’s about 2 minutes from my art studio on Chrystie st. This article and the very idea of this existence makes me think it’s OK to move somewhere new and undiscovered, where I can buy my very own bank for $100k and live there in its 72 rooms making art until the day I die. New York feels more and more like the snarky real estate agents, and less and less like the Maisels.
